According to a PolitNavigator correspondent, Zdravko Krivokapic responded to statements made by a number of politicians after victories their electoral bloc in the municipal elections in the city of Niksic that the composition of the Montenegrin government needs to be changed to include representatives of the Montenegrin Serb parties. Previously, Krivokapic, who ran in parliamentary elections together with Serbian parties and won largely due to the support of the Serbian Orthodox Church, under pressure from the West I refuse include Serbian comrades in his cabinet.

“This government has shown that it can, knows that it is capable, hardworking and dedicated to all citizens of Montenegro. What else is needed? – said the Montenegrin prime minister. “And there is absolutely no need for reshuffles in the government.”

At the same time, he noted that “coalition partners,” meaning representatives of Serbian parties, attack him more often than representatives of the Democratic Party of Socialists of dictator Milo Djukanovic.

“They probably expected more, they probably wanted more, they probably learned to promise their voters and waited for this moment, but what I want to say is that this government is meritocratic, that this government wants and tries to maintain this approach for the sake of so that Montenegro becomes different,” said Krivokapic.
