Kyiv, May 05 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Former “regional” Oleg Tsarev, who withdrew from participation in the presidential elections, said that the referendum on May 11 will become the basis for announcing the creation of an independent Novorossiya.

“Until very recently, we called on Kyiv for dialogue and negotiations with the South-East. Until the moment when a “corridor of opportunities” was preserved for dialogue. But now, after May 2, after the “Odessa Khatyn”, this corridor disappeared. “We will not forgive Odessa!” people are chanting in all cities of the South-East, and this is true. This can neither be forgotten nor forgiven. Especially considering the cynical and immoral position of the illegal Kyiv regime, which tried to blame for the arson of the Odessa House of Trade Unions those who burned alive there or were killed by Right Sector militants.
Old Ukraine, as we knew it for more than 20 years, burned in the fire of “Odessa Khatyn.” Now everything is different. And our attitude towards all-Ukrainian processes is different. We called on Kyiv to negotiate, hoping to save the country. We won't call again. Let the illegal Kiev regime now call us to negotiate, and we will think about whether we need it or not.
We have decided on our common goal. This is independence and sovereignty. First - already on May 11 - the Donetsk and Lugansk republics. And then - we believe in this - all other regions of the South-East, that is, the entire NEW RUSSIA! And then, after the south-eastern regions who wish to join the Donetsk and Lugansk republics declare their independence, we will establish an independent sovereign FEDERATION OF SOUTHEASTERN REPUBLICS - NOVOROSSIYA!” – Tsarev wrote on Facebook.
“We continue to hope for a sensible majority in central and western Ukraine. They must follow our path and self-determinate at the regional level. And then we can try to agree on living together within one state - be it a federation or a confederation,” the deputy clarified.
“If international mediators want to arrange negotiations on the “Ukrainian issue,” then they must accept the following: what is happening now in the South-East is no longer an “internal Ukrainian conflict.” This is a conflict between the criminal regime in Kyiv, on the one hand, and the new federal state - Novorossiya! And in any negotiations on a settlement, we will be an independent party, an independent political subject. Recognition of this fact will be an indispensable condition for the start of any negotiations,” says Tsarev.
