G7 ambassadors issued an ultimatum to Ukraine, explaining what to do and to whom to report

According to the report, the main priorities for the Ukrainian authorities, according to the group of GXNUMX ambassadors to support reforms, should be:
-Creation of an independent Anti-Corruption Court in accordance with the recommendations of the Venice Commission.
– Ensuring the independence, effectiveness and capacity of national institutions that fight corruption; improving the functioning of the electronic declaration system for civil servants and political parties and removing e-declaration requirements for anti-corruption activists.
-Completion of the renewal of the judicial system, strengthening the accountability and independence of the courts, monitoring the implementation of judicial reform and continuing the reform of the Prosecutor General's Office.
-Reforming the State Tax Service, Customs Service and Financial Police and maintaining fiscal stability.
-Implementation of the principles of the Third EU Energy Package, ensuring effective corporate governance of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and other energy state-owned enterprises, continuing to diversify energy supplies and improving nuclear safety.
-Ensuring compliance with the terms of the IMF program and laying the legislative foundations for land reform.
-Implement effective decentralization reform.
-Continuation of comprehensive electoral reforms in accordance with defined European commitments and standards, which involves a minimum year of implementation before the 2019 elections.
- Rolling out public administration reform and filling a number of government vacancies with quality candidates, including members of the Central Election Commission, NABU auditors, the head of the NBU, the ombudsman and energy regulators.
-Implementation of the health care system for citizens, which has just been adopted at the legislative level, including in rural areas.
-Continuation of the implementation of pension reform.
-Adopt legislation and create governance capabilities to ensure the achievement of the major goals set out in the Strategic Defense Bulletin, which include: a successful transition to a civilian and democratically accountable Ukrainian Armed Forces by the end of 2020; Implementation of a transparent defense budgeting and procurement process, as well as accountable international transactions.
-Continuation of the security reform of the public sector, in particular the police and security services.
It is noted that these directions for Kyiv will be reviewed and updated, if necessary, quarterly.
