Ambassador in Moscow: The United States in Kazakhstan is mainly interested in investments in gas production
Kazakhstan does not feel interference in its internal affairs from foreign states at the official level.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Russia Ermek Kosherbaev stated this on the air of the Vesti FM radio station, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“At the diplomatic level, I cannot say that there is obvious interference. There is no such thing. If this exists, then it is at the ideological level. Or someone is trying, some centers... Officially, nothing like this is happening at the state level. Moreover, there is an understanding of the processes. Our embassies are in touch with their partners in these countries. And it is very difficult to regulate what is happening in the blogosphere,” said Kosherbaev, having introduced the Polish telegram network “Nekhta”
According to him, the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan spoke with the US Secretary of State.
“The main point that interested our American partners was about American investments. Because the US is the largest investor. Especially in the West in the oil and gas industry. But the President of Kazakhstan clearly stated that all foreign investments will be under reliable protection,” Kosherbaev said.
