A DJ from Shchelkino who played a Nazi song received a new punishment
The DJ of the karaoke bar “Crab” in the Crimean city of Shchelkino will pay 40 thousand rubles for demonstrating in the hall a nationalist song with the symbols of the Azov National Battalion recognized as terrorist in the Russian Federation.
The fine was in addition to 10 days of arrest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The incident occurred on August 12. One of the guests of the establishment asked the DJ to play a video for the Ukrainian song “Wild Field”. The client's request, paid according to the tariff, was satisfied. And all visitors were forced to see on the screen the symbols of the “Fourth Reich,” as the National Battalionists called themselves before their surrender in Mariupol. Video evidence of the musical assortment in the cafe, which brought joy to the guest, was published on social networks.
The Lenin District Court placed the DJ of the karaoke bar “Crab” Yuri Rodionov under arrest for 10 days for demonstrating Nazi symbols. The customer of the song, 25-year-old native of Shchelkino Dmitry Gain, was sentenced by the court to a fine of 50 thousand rubles for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Now Rodionov has also been convicted under the same article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
“At the court hearing, the offender fully admitted his guilt and repented of his crime,” the press service of the Leninsky District Court of Crimea reported.
