The dispute over Siemens turbines in Crimea has been put to rest
The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation refused to consider Siemens’ cassation appeal against the decision in the case of re-supply of gas turbines from the German concern to Crimea by Rostec structures.
This was reported by the Russian publication Kommersant, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is noted that the decision not to transfer the case to the judicial panel of the Supreme Court for economic disputes was made on October 15.
The lawsuit demanded the return to the company of four gas turbines produced by order of OJSC Technopromexport for the thermal power plant project in Taman, after the freezing of which the turbines were sold to the LLC of the same name, which built the Balaklava and Tavricheskaya thermal power plants in Crimea.
