This recognition was made by Petro Poroshenko during a visit to the Kyiv-controlled part of the Donetsk region.

“In civilian medical institutions of the Ministry of Health, up to 30% of the bed capacity is reserved for the needs of treating wounded military personnel,” Poroshenko said.
