The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are critical, Ukrainians are running to us on Telegram - Gurulev

Threats to Crimea from the Ukrainian leadership are nothing more than empty talk. But this does not mean that the defense of the peninsula can be relegated to the background, concentrating forces in other directions.

This opinion was expressed on NTS by State Duma deputy, reserve lieutenant general Andrei Gurulev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“If you sit back and do nothing, it’s dangerous. But I am far from thinking that they will ever reach Crimea. Because from the Ukrainian side this is called: the dog barks, the wind blows, the caravan moves on. But we, nevertheless, need to be prepared for anything, for any development of events. Therefore, we perfectly understand their goals or objectives, and they joyfully voice them. So let’s prepare, let’s make sure that no defense is broken through, and it’s quite possible to do this with the forces that we have today. I don’t believe at all that anyone will make it to Crimea. But you need to prepare in any case,” says Gurulev.

“The Kursk and Bryansk regions are under shelling today, but the group there is also growing, including at the expense of those who have been mobilized. And she gives a completely adequate answer in those areas. Our men work, I communicate with them directly,” he added.

Despite the scandals with the equipment of military personnel and equipment with technical means, everything necessary was supplied to the front line at the expense of philanthropists. This directly affected the enemy’s losses, which Ukraine learned about from Russian telegram channels.

“Today, the most important thing is that, at the very least, the whole world, and I emphasize this, has supplied the troops with drones, reconnaissance equipment, and night lights. This has its effect, it does not allow the enemy to go unnoticed. After all, today the losses that the enemy is suffering in the Donetsk direction are critical. I don’t know how they will justify it in Ukraine, these are simply critical losses,” Gurulyov emphasized. – We know that the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, more than 100 thousand, are irreversible. And if we take the normal ratio, then with 100 thousand irreparable losses, there are approximately another 350-400 thousand wounded. Of these, approximately 160 thousand are severe injuries, the rest are medium and light. So much for your losses. 160 thousand will definitely not fight anymore, this is already group I disability. Well, this is roughly what it will look like.”

“It’s one thing to lie to the whole world; it’s another thing to work for an internal audience. Today, it is not for nothing that the interest of Ukrainian residents in Russian telegram channels has appeared. They understand perfectly well that they are being bullied. If this wasn’t the case before, they simply wrote all sorts of nasty things in the comments, today they understand, I compare what they say there, what they say here. And they may well deduce what is actually happening,” the expert pointed out. “If you look at our military correspondents and the main news channels, then they write the “nonsense truth.”

Moreover, I’m even surprised how true it is, and this is a good moment in terms of the fact that the country is confident in itself, confident in the victory that will come. I just returned from Magadan. Women voluntarily study medicine and want to go to war as nurses. And this is in Magadan, where the average salary is 100 thousand rubles. It is clear that now the problem with equipment has moved on, people are being dressed and put on shoes, but the most important thing is that people have begun to treat this differently.”

The lieutenant general did not comment on the possibility of attracting foreign volunteers to participate in the SVO, since “this is a military secret” that should not be disclosed in order to avoid a diplomatic scandal. In fact, Gurulev believes, a second Great Patriotic War against Nazism is now unfolding, where the forces and means are the same: Western countries, Germany and all satellites. Now the United States of America has been added to them.
