“Peace from a position of strength. The world from the position of a unitary sovereign power,” presidential adviser Yuriy Lutsenko announced at the congress.

“Everyone in this room is ready to die for Ukraine. But you need to win so that your enemies die!” – he added.

Petro Poroshenko has declared the inadmissibility of federalization of Ukraine since the Maidan scene in the winter of 2014. A few months later, Kyiv lost control of Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk.
