Vladimir Volya, an expert at the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, stated this at a briefing in Kyiv.
“Perhaps singers and creative groups should be the first to enter the territory that is not currently controlled by Ukraine,” the expert believes. – This is like a prerequisite for a change in mood – not even television people, not the media, but creative teams. And this in a certain way will be a litmus test: how people will meet there, how the leaders of those territories will react. There will be many interesting moments.”
“I think there are still areas that no one has implemented yet. no matter what the cost, but our song, our artists must enter that territory. If they can ensure their safety, let them do so. We'll see. This will be a certain measurement, a test of who really wants what. Do they want reintegration into Ukraine, as they say, or is this all talk,” Volya concluded.
