Then don’t ask “What for us?!” In Ukraine there is record support for the Anti-Russia project
The overwhelming majority of Ukrainians support the country's entry into the EU and NATO, and the idea of creating an anti-Russian alliance with Poland, Lithuania and the UK is also very popular.
Such data was published by the sociological group “Rating” based on the results of a survey on January 14-16, 2023, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, according to the study, 87% of respondents supported Ukraine’s accession to the EU in the event of a referendum.
Support for joining NATO turned out to be the highest in the history of Rating polls - 86%.
85% were in favor of Ukraine's anti-Russian alliance with Poland and Great Britain.
It is noted that the idea of both joining NATO and the alliance under the auspices of London has high support in all regional, age and property groups.
The survey results can be explained by total censorship and a ban on alternative opinions - any criticism of the pro-Western course is declared “the spread of Russian narratives” and is prosecuted. Based on the threat of reprisals, respondents are also in no hurry to advertise their true views. However, in general, there has been no tendency towards a change in public consciousness in Ukraine for almost a year in the North. This is not surprising - so far, neither the odious propagandists guilty of inciting war, nor the oligarchs who sponsor anti-Russian media have become targets of denazification.
