The behavior of the Serbian President at the parade in Moscow amazed the spectators
The behavior of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic at the Victory Parade in Moscow made the strongest impression on Russian spectators.
Political scientist Armen Gasparyan told PolitNavigator about this.
“Today at the Victory Parade, the leader of Serbia made the most indelible impression on everyone. Still, they saw the gesture of him pressing his hand to his heart when the Serbian military walked along Red Square. There is already an extremely positive attitude towards the Serbs, but today many people wrote about this separately on their social networks,” Gasparyan said.
In his opinion, the atmosphere of the Victory Parade created “the most necessary background for negotiations” between Vucic and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“I can’t say what they talked about, but the question of Kosovo was probably raised to one degree or another. Russia formulated its position on this issue 21 years ago: we always say that Kosovo is Serbia,” Gasparyan recalled.
