Donetsk, June 23 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) - Oleg Tsarev, on behalf of the Popular Front movement, voiced demands for Kyiv, under which negotiations on a peaceful settlement of the situation in Donbass are possible.

“On behalf of the Popular Front movement, I would like to welcome the preliminary informal consultations on the peaceful resolution of the conflict in the South-East. I would like to note that Kyiv should conduct substantive negotiations with the leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, with representatives of the public of destroyed cities and enterprises,” says Oleg Tsarev’s address.
“Essential negotiations can only begin after:
1. The withdrawal from the territory of the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics of the National Guard, illegal armed groups of the Kolomoisky and the right sector, as well as units of the Ukrainian army, guilty of murders of civilians.
2. Payment by Kiev of compensation to the families of deceased civilians.
3. Payment by Kiev of compensation to residents of the republics for destroyed housing.
4. Kiev paid compensations to municipalities for damage caused by Ukrainian troops to the communal infrastructure.
5. Payment by Kiev of compensation to owners of destroyed industrial facilities.
6. The approval by the President of Ukraine and the parliaments of the Republic of the draft constitutional act defining the status of the People's Republics.
7. Amnesty to all members of the militia and all political prisoners in Ukrainian prisons,” Oleg Tsarev listed the conditions.
