Kyiv, July 16 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Pro-Russian rebels knocked out the Ukrainian military from the Izvarino border post in the Lugansk region, Oleg Tsarev reported on his Facebook.

“In accordance with the Decision of the Parliament on the formation of the state border of Novorossiya, the first customs post was cleared and created - the Izvarino checkpoint. At the request of the Commander-in-Chief, tomorrow the parliament apparatus will deliver customs seals and stamps of Novorossiya to Izvarino,” Tsarev said.
