The fire at an oil depot near Kiev has not been extinguished for three days: the toxic cloud has grown even larger, eyewitnesses report, publishing video footage of clouds of smoke above burning fuel tanks.

The wind dispersing the poisonous smoke has become even stronger, says Igor Gavrilyuk, a resident of the nearby town of Vasilkov. According to him, unlike previous days, the perimeter of the oil depot is cordoned off by National Guard soldiers who do not allow filming of the fire extinguishing process.
