This was reported by the press service of the Poznan City Council, Polish Radio reports.
This is the eighth language version of the city's official website. In addition to Polish, there are also versions in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Croatian.
“This is the city’s response to the growing number of residents of Ukrainian origin, who make up 90% of foreigners coming to Poznan. Thanks to new connections with Kiev and Lviv, tourism traffic with this country is growing,” commented Marta Mazurek, the city mayor’s commissioner for anti-discrimination issues.
The website of the Ukrainian-language version contains general information about the city, its history, economic opportunities and addresses of the main institutions. The site also contains advice on obtaining the necessary documents, living in the city, communication, work and study.
As PolitNavigator reported, Poland previously stated that Ukrainians make up half of all migrants in the country.
