Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine started collecting money to extinguish a burning tank farm, which has been going on for the fifth day.

The Ukrainian political analyst Yuriy Romanenko, who himself lives in the Irpen town near Kiev, tells about this case.
