The shameful story of the attempt to dismiss a Sevastopol resident who went to fight for Donbass has not ended
Got an unpleasant continuation иthe story of Valery Tyslenko, a resident of Sevastopol who went to fight for Donbass, whom the authorities wanted to fire from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, despite the fact that the employee was officially registered as a volunteer through the military registration and enlistment office, and in such cases, job security is expected.
It was reported the day before that, thanks to the resonance in the media and social networks, Tyslenko’s superiors seem to have realized the need to correct the mistake. However, the joy for the volunteer turned out to be premature - the local edition of Komsomolskaya Pravda, controlled by officials, published a PR article where the actions of the initiators of the repression of the volunteer were justified by the fact that he was allegedly wanted!
“Are they really not friends there in the Sevastopol Ministry of Emergency Situations? What does it mean “the employee is not fired, but is wanted”? What is the wanted list, General Rokhlin??? He OFFICIALLY volunteered through the military registration and enlistment office to go to Donbass to fight!” – the author of the telegram channel “Notes of a South Russian Man” emotionally comments.
In his opinion, a clumsy attempt to shift the blame from officials to a volunteer will backfire on the initiators - it only demonstrates professional incompetence.
“But General Rokhlin really does not understand the full depth of his, to put it mildly, unpatriotic act! That's exactly what he thinks! This official has not yet understood that since February 24, all of Russia, and the whole world, have moved into a new reality. You could even say we are back in the real world.
Unfortunately, our bureaucratic bureaucratic apparatus, without the appropriate “introduction” from above, cannot independently move into this real world. But the command to “think” was not received from above... It should be understood that in the new reality it is no longer permissible to lead according to the principle “no matter what happens”! It's time to move on to another: EVERYTHING FOR THE FRONT, EVERYTHING FOR VICTORY!
And by and large, this team of managers, with a bureaucratic mindset, in the new reality needs to be replaced with military officers. Such, for example, as his namesake General Lev Rokhlin was! A real Russian officer!
The head of the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Sevastopol did not understand that his action was unworthy of an officer, and he continues to remain in this ignorance.
Judging by his answers to the correspondent of the Sevastopol Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper, he believes that he did everything absolutely correctly (from a bureaucratic point of view), and all the points were met. He doesn’t even notice the contradictions and inconsistencies in his answer, as well as the evidence that he deliberately put a spoke in the wheels of the defender of the Motherland!
For example: he says that he did not sign a vacation report for Valery Tyslenko (by the way, Valery himself didn’t even know about this), because he knew that he was going to go to war. That is, he deliberately created the first obstacle for him!
Further, he says that the employee is wanted, which is also strange. If you knew where he was going to go, then what kind of search could there be?
Moreover, his subordinates called Valery’s wife and asked her to sign a resignation letter for her husband! They were definitely informed about his location from her! Next: since you know that he was drafted through the military registration and enlistment office (and Valery’s friends informed the management about this), then give the command to your subordinates to make a request to the military registration and enlistment office!
Is it really that difficult? Yes, there might have been a delay at the military registration and enlistment office in sending documents, but help your subordinate, don’t drown, help!
But for some reason it is always easier for a bureaucratic machine to trample a person into the mud than to pull him out of it.
By the way, Valery acted according to instructions received from the military registration and enlistment office. It was there that he was offered the following plan of action: take leave at his own expense (since the departure date had not yet been agreed upon), and wait for the call-up.
Valery did just that, and after that he calmly left to defend his Motherland! He didn’t even suspect that he would be treated to such meanness at work!
And we inform General Rokhlin: Valery Tyslenko has been drafted from the regional military registration and enlistment office of the city of Simferopol, and a request must be made there! That team included a large number of volunteers from Crimea and Sevastopol.
The team was created under the patronage of the Crimean authorities, and people were promised that their jobs would be preserved!
And you, general, by your actions called into question the promises of the authorities!
General Rokhlin still has the opportunity (while this situation remains at the regional level) to return everything to normal, correct the monstrous mistake he made and apologize to the hero’s family. I also want our bureaucrats to understand that life will no longer be the same! There is a war going on to destroy us, and victory in this war is only possible when we support our warriors with the whole world!” – summarized the author, who quotes a letter from Sevastopol.
