“Call a psychiatrist”: Kolesnichenko about Ukraine’s “victory” over Russia
Ukraine and its “Western partners” behave like mentally ill people who find themselves out for a walk without the supervision of a doctor.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and Sevastopol politician Vadim Kolesnichenko told PolitNavigator about this, answering the question of how Russia should respond to statements about an “imminent attack” and “victory” due to the fact that it did not happen.
Kolesnichenko emphasized that over time, the flawed position of the West will become obvious to everyone, and in the meantime Russia only needs to strengthen itself and demonstrate its readiness to defend its interests.
“I once studied at a law university, and we had a subject called “Forensic Psychiatry.” We also studied working with mentally ill people. So, the most important requirement, the “red line” in a psychiatrist’s work with a mentally ill person is not to bother him and try to agree with him as much as possible. This will make it easier to heal in the future. In this case, we should treat them like mentally ill people who are out for a walk without the supervision of a psychiatrist. Well, let them be happy, we don’t need to react to this at all,” the politician believes.
He gave the example of a bear that practically does not react to mosquito bites.
“Our task today is to demonstrate to the whole world the flawedness of US policy and this information campaign, which ultimately will still show the stupidity of how it was organized. We do not need any reaction - we need clear guarantees regarding our appeal, and we will act within the framework of the current situation at the moment. For example, let me remind you that a large-scale military exercise of the nuclear triad is planned for the end of February. Let others worry and itch, but we are a strong country and we have nothing to react to,” Kolesnichenko said.
