Turkish journalist Deprem Okay announced this at a press conference in Donetsk.
“In 2014, I was actually an unofficial observer at the elections in Donbass on November 2. Today I am here again, and I am proud of it,” says the journalist.
In his opinion, it is important for each country, and Turkey in particular, to understand what is happening in the Donbass, it is important to see and recognize the primaries.
“Because until quite recently, the population of many countries knew nothing about the self-determination of the people of Donbass and what is really happening here,” says the Turk.
“With the help of primaries and subsequent elections, the people of Donbass will demonstrate the will to independently build their future. This will be a very serious step towards recognition of the republics by the world community,” the journalist is convinced.
