An associate of criminal blogger Alexei Navalny, Leonid Volkov, betrayed his patron’s idea of constantly provoking street riots. He is going to submit an official application for a “big spring rally,” while Navalny has been fundamentally holding unauthorized rallies all his life.
Volkov announced his plans today on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We will give notice in accordance with the law and hold this big rally,” the navalist said.
The time of the rally will be announced only when half a million participants have registered on a special website. Registration has been going on for four weeks now, but it has not yet been possible to get the required number. And the 420 thousand dialed are questionable, since they are registered at strange addresses.
