Groysman's government is delaying the day of reckoning
The District Administrative Court of Kiev, considering the lawsuit of Yulia Tymoshenko against the government in connection with Resolution No. 315 of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 27, 2016, according to which the price of gas was raised to 6879 hryvnia, appointed an examination of the economic justification for the price of gas, which indicates that this price was taken out of the blue, the departments that participated in the preparation of the resolution did not provide any economic justification for the new price.

Alexey Kucherenko, ex-Minister of Housing and Communal Services 2007-2010, chairman of the Union of Home Owners of Ukraine, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“This is a landmark decision. They themselves do not yet understand what decision they made, what precedent they created. The essence of the decision is to conduct an examination of the economically justified price set by the Cabinet of Ministers. It turns out that we have created a precedent when the Cabinet of Ministers will conduct an examination to set the price. I just want you to understand the idiocy of the situation: the Ministry of Economy is 1000-1200 people. They were the ones who prepared this resolution and submitted it to the Cabinet of Ministers. Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers – at least 200 people. Two dozen members of the Cabinet of Ministers who made this decision.
National Regulatory Commission, which includes 600 people. 7 of its members receive a salary of 150 thousand hryvnia. This entire army was responsible for ensuring that the decree included an economically justified price for gas. As a result, some experts will now recheck the Cabinet of Ministers. After this, any decision of the Cabinet of Ministers can be double-checked. And in general this control system is collapsing.
It is obvious that the Cabinet of Ministers understands that the price of gas has been taken from the ceiling, and today they are delaying the hour of reckoning as much as possible. Yesterday there were five petitions, the essence of which was to delay the process and take it in the wrong direction,” Kucherenko emphasized.
