They want to locate the Government of National Salvation of Ukraine in Donetsk
Russia should formally withdraw recognition of the Ukrainian presidential elections, establish a Ukrainian government-in-exile based in Donetsk, and promote diplomatic recognition.
Russian political scientist Evgeny Spitsyn stated this on the Red Line TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, such a step would be an asymmetrical response to the Ukrainian presidential elections in the conditions of non-admission of Russian observers and millions of Ukrainian citizens.
“We need to pursue an offensive policy - we don’t recognize the elections, because for us, one and the other are as good as hell. Moreover, we recognize the republics of Donbass. There, in Donetsk, we are forming a government of national salvation in exile, we diplomatically recognize this government, we call on all our allies on the world stage to recognize this government and establish diplomatic relations with it.
Then this will be the real answer. And if we again use Foreign Ministry notes to express our indignation and concern, well, the whole world is already laughing at these Foreign Ministry indignations,” Spitsyn said.
