This opinion was expressed in a commentary to Moskovsky Komsomolets by Ivan Kapitonov, associate professor of the department of international commerce at the Higher School of Corporate Governance of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
“Until now, they have not decided to completely stop supplies, since Russian oil companies still have serious assets in Ukraine. Now the Russian government has told its companies that there is no need to have any illusions and that they need to refuse cooperation with Kiev, which will not stop stealing oil products. In any case, Kyiv will have to look for a supplier, and if it can agree on a price with Minsk, it will satisfy its needs,” the expert said.
