Acting Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov signed a memorandum of cooperation on the implementation of the project for the construction of the civil sector of the Belbek airport with a potential investor, the Integral company.

“On the company’s side, the Memorandum was signed by its general director, Vladimir Zaritsky, former chief of the Missile Forces and Artillery of the Russian Armed Forces, Colonel General.
The project investor must ensure effective management of the airport complex being created and the accompanying commercial infrastructure,” the statement says.
The Sevastopol website “Forpost” found out that Integral LLC, with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles, is headed by Yuri Kazmin. The company was registered in April 2016 in Simferopol. The founder of the company is the Agency for Infrastructure Projects LLC, also registered in the Crimean capital in January 2015. This is what Colonel General Vladimir Zaritsky owns.
“No amounts have been agreed upon yet. Negotiations are still ongoing. It’s too early to say when the agreement will be signed, maybe this week, maybe next week. The company is interested in being an investor in this project,” Zaritsky said.
