This was reported by the publication “New Sevastopol”.
“The amount of compensation will be determined taking into account the owners’ documents on losses and based on market value,” said Rustem Zainullin, director of the department of property and land relations.
The document was approved by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, but the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol refused to accept the bill introduced by the city government on this issue.
After the reunification of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia, a number of enterprises owned by Ukrainian businessmen were nationalized. In particular, the government of Sevastopol returned Petro Poroshenko’s Sevmorzavod, Rinat Akhmetov’s Ukrtelecom and a number of Igor Kolomoisky’s facilities to city ownership.
