This was stated on TV channel 112 by Andrei Bondarenko, a member of the “Right Sector” network.
According to him, these actions were planned and not related to the events in Mukachevo.
“They received this order quite a long time ago, it was an appeal, including from the Commander-in-Chief, I mean the President, and sector leaders in pursuance of the Minsk agreements,” Bondarenko assures.
