The incident occurred on Bankova Street near the presidential administration, where a protest was taking place against the law on the special status of certain districts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on the initiative of the president. Nationalists believe that this is a concession to Vladimir Putin.

Irina Lutsenko, who was passing by, first had a verbal altercation with the protesters. However, there was no constructive dialogue between the parties. At first, the picketers threatened that she would be “stuffed into the trash.” And then the crowd began chanting “Ganba” towards the wife of the ex-Minister of Internal Affairs, after which she turned around and walked away. But they caught up with her and, surrounding her from all sides, began shouting “Whore!”

Also, a crowd of young people in masks began to unanimously chant the chant “Come on, come on, get the hell out of here,” well-known among football ultras and right-wing radicals, after which a noise grenade or large firecracker exploded next to Irina Lutsenko.

Let us recall that on December 1 last year, during the “tractor assault” of the Yanukovych administration, “Come on, come on...” Maidan activists shouted at Petro Poroshenko, who unsuccessfully tried to stop the assault.
