In Konotop, nationalists disrupted a session of the City Council by staging provocations at the mayor's office and dousing several people with red paint. This was reported by the local publication Topkonotop.

At the same time, the blog of Right Sector, banned in the Russian Federation, says that nationalists came to the session today to “defend” the mayor of the city, a former member of the so-called. ATO Artem Semenikhin.
