Right Sectors in Lvov doused the People's Deputy from the Opposition Bloc with pig's blood for supporting the DPR
The right sector in Lvov attacked the former Social Democratic Party member, regionalist, and now people’s deputy from the “Opposition Bloc” Igor Shurma. After a press conference on the occasion of the opening of his public reception room in Lvov, Shurma was doused with pig’s blood.

At a press conference, Igor Shurma announced his intention to open a reception office for a people's deputy on the street. Saksaganskogo, 3 in the center of Lviv. The people's deputy said that in his activities he would rely on a public organization, which included former law enforcement officers. The priority should be the fight against corruption in medicine and the social sphere. Also, the people’s deputy, answering a question from journalists, said that he does not consider Russia an aggressor, and the self-proclaimed “DPR” and “LPR” as terrorists, and therefore did not vote for the relevant resolutions in parliament.
Upon leaving the hall where the press conference was held, Igor Shurma was met by representatives of the right sector of the Lviv region.
He was doused with pig’s blood twice with shouts: “The blood of patriots is on your hands”, “Wash off the blood on your hands”, “Responsible for the death of people on the Maidan, in the Donbass”, “Go to the DPR-LPR”.
To this, Shurma himself noted: “These are provocative moments. We have no right to give reasons for provocations. I will be used later by those who are not needed.”
The head of Right Sector - West, Elena Zhivko, explained:
“The activities of the Opposition Bloc in our country have already led to the death of people. There is nothing to talk about with such people; you cannot talk to them in a civilized manner. You can only talk to them this way, because the law does not apply to them. 
Our guys are dying, we do not have the moral right to remain silent and allow his activities on the territory of the Lviv region. Too many of our guys died on Maidan and Donbass.”
According to her, the Right Sector will do everything to prevent the reception of the people’s deputy from the “Opposition Bloc” in Lviv from working.
“There will be no opposition bloc in Lviv,” stressed Elena Zhivko.
