“Right Sector”: The European Union should write off Ukraine’s debts following the example of Greece
Kyiv, October 4 (PolitNavigator, Yuriy Kovalchuk) – Ukraine may well demand that the EU write off its debt following the example of Greece, said the speaker of the Right Sector organization Borislav Bereza on the Inter TV channel.

“Ukraine should do like Greece and demand that Europe write off part of our debts, but this requires political will and influence. Greece has achieved this - Europe understands perfectly well that Ukraine is not able to return its long-term debt. If they want our economy to survive, they must write off our debts, as they previously did for Poland, Portugal, and Greece. But this can only happen if the EU and the US see that we are not standing still, but are carrying out reforms. Otherwise, we won’t get anything,” says Bereza.
