Right Sector uses civilians as human shields
A resident of Donbass told how at the beginning of the war he was captured by Ukrainian nationalists from the Right Sector. While transporting him to his place of detention, a convoy of militants came under fire, and prisoners like him were used as human shields, pressing them against the car windows.

The victim reported this to the LPR MGB, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the Fashchevka area of the Perevalsky district on the Rostov-Kharkov highway near the Right Sector, a Chernukhino checkpoint was installed. People in camouflage uniforms ran out from the landing, immediately tied my hands and put a plastic tie on me, and put a duffel bag over my head. I was told that I was supposedly on some lists. Well, from that day on I began a “new” life. I sat in the landing for about 30 minutes. I heard them talking among themselves that they had captured a separatist. Besides me, there were three other people there. I tried to talk to them, they managed to say that they had been detained for three days already.
They didn’t have time to say anything further, because they started beating us for talking to each other. They called someone on the phone and said “they’ve taken a separatist, come and pick him up, if you don’t come in half an hour, you don’t have to come for him at all. We will use it up." Other warriors arrived, also without identification marks, they put me in a car and drove me away. Explosions were heard, shooting began, we realized that our column was being fired upon. I tried to duck down and immediately got hit in the face with the butt of the gun. When I pressed myself against the seat, I noticed that the Ukrainian punitive forces were lying on the floor and pressing us to the seats with the butts of their machine guns. They covered us,” said a resident of the LPR, who was in Ukrainian captivity.
