On the flagpole at the Verkhovna Rada is the flag of the Right Sector, whose fighters continue to gather towards the parliament building. Now there are a total of about 300 people. Many are wearing masks, carrying batons, and wearing bulletproof vests. So far, unlike last night, everything is going peacefully. But from time to time, verbal skirmishes arise between right-wing radicals and government supporters. Both of them accuse each other of working for the Kremlin.
The head of the “Right Sector” in the Kyiv region, a member of the UNA-UNSO Provod Igor Mazur (“Topolya”) told reporters that yesterday the parliament was stormed by activists of organizations previously expelled from the “Right Sector”. At the same time, he does not deny the presence of firearms in his organization, and noted that Right Sector is not going to hand it over.
