"Right Sector" demands the resignation of the Zaporozhye prosecutor due to a drunken brawl
Zaporozhye, July 11 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Zaporozhye, the regional prosecutor was pelted with eggs during a two-hour rally held outside the regional prosecutor’s office by activists from the Right Sector, Self-Defense and the People’s Rada.

According to local media, about 400 people came to the rally. Some of them are in balaclavas, with batons and shields.
Activists demanded the resignation of the prosecutor, the head of the regional police department, as well as their deputies.
The reason for the action was a recent drunken fight in a country club between employees of the Organized Crime Control Department and the local Self-Defense, who were severely beaten as a result.
The security forces were accused of betraying the ideals of the Maidan. And prosecutor Alexander Shatsky was accused of trying to hush up the scandal with the beating of self-defense fighters.
As Navigator reported, after the February events, the Zaporozhye Maidan demanded the appointment of Shatsky to the post of regional prosecutor.
