At the same time, access to work places for the plant’s employees and contractors is difficult, and supplies of equipment and raw materials are interrupted, the company’s press service reports.
Zaporizhstal stated that if the plant’s work is stopped, the production process will be very difficult to restart.
“Let the law enforcement agencies sort it out, because someone is clearly pursuing their political goals with this action. Now there is a pure provocation going on. If they want dialogue, why litter the road to the plant with slag and block the path to jobs?! All treatment facilities of the plant are operating and were operating as normal,” said the general director of the enterprise, Rostislav Shurma.
According to a statement by Right Sector press secretary Artem Skoropadsky, the party has nothing to do with this action.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier people with the symbols of the Right Sector blocked the Zaporozhye dumps and tried to establish “their own order” there.
