Let us recall, as Navigator reported, according to local media reports, today armed representatives of the Right Sector blocked and then seized the district administration building in Kolomyia in order to prevent the introduction of the new head of the district, Mikhail Boyko.
The Right Sector denied the information that the fighters were armed. They came to protest against new personnel appointments, without having any weapons, bats, or balaclavas with them, activists said in a comment to the Galka publication.
“A provocation was staged against the Right Sector by a former police officer,” the message says. – The bandits, with the help of their media, “want to compromise the Right Sector.” According to activists, their opponents do not like the fact that “order reigns in the city now.”
The “Right Sector” emphasized that today they were testing not against Mikhail Boyko himself, but against the fact that all power was usurped in the hands of one political force – “Batkivshchyna”.
