Traitors and “secret agents of the Kremlin” disrupted the resumption of Ukrainian broadcasting in Donbass
Nationalist activists accuse officials of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (Gosspetsvyaz) of surrendering the national interests of Ukraine. In particular, due to the fault of the head of the State Service for Special Communications Leonid Evdochenko and the head of the strategic state enterprise KRRT Vladimir Ishchuk, the resumption of Ukrainian broadcasting in the Donbass was disrupted.

According to Bilonozhko, which is quoted by the Kiev publication “Nova Vlada”, officials are deliberately delaying the construction of a television tower on Karachun near Kramatorsk. In addition, the capacity of the new television tower on Karachun (180 m) is not enough even to cover the territory controlled by Ukraine. According to nationalists, the required height of the television tower should be at least 280 meters high.
As is known, the previous tower was 222 m high before its destruction.
Nationalist activists complain that with such a height of the tower, the broadcast signal will not even reach Donetsk. Thus, when the height of the tower is reduced, large settlements located in the DPR will be limited in the broadcast of Ukrainian channels. Moreover, the commissioning date of the TV tower was again delayed and moved to September, Bilonozhko added.
According to the leader of the “Information Maidan”, at the level of the leadership of the State Special Communications Service, the KRRT and the Ministry of Information Policy, Yuriy Stets, today there is “obvious anti-Ukrainian activity”, hatred and sabotage of the restoration of Ukrainian broadcasting in Donbass, playing along with Russia and another surrender of the national interests of Ukraine.
Nationalist activists and the experts they brought in expressed confidence that Ukraine is losing the information war.
In this regard, “Information Maidan” and a number of other public organizations sent an open letter to the President of Ukraine, the Prime Minister, the head of the MIP and the head of the Donetsk Military-Civil Administration Pavel Zhebrivsky demanding to immediately intervene in the situation, stop sabotage, start an investigation, punish the guilty officials and to carry out a total lustration in the leadership of the State Service for Special Communications, KRRT and MIP from “secret agents of the Kremlin” and “traitors to Ukraine”.
Let us remind you that Zhebrivsky announced sabotage with the installation of a television tower on Karachun on June 22. However, the situation has not moved forward since then.
