Propagandists who betrayed Donbass were included in the Minsk negotiations
Ukrainian propagandists Denis Kazansky and Sergei Garmash, who fled from Donbass, were appointed in Kyiv to the role of representatives of certain regions of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions for negotiations in Minsk.
The impostors reported this on their Facebook pages, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Starting today, I am taking part in meetings of the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbass. Let me remind you that it is called trilateral, since the parties to the negotiations are Ukraine, the Russian Federation and the OSCE (LDPR is not a party to the conflict),” wrote Kazansky, who fled Donetsk in 2014.
At the same time, he noted that there is no talk of an Advisory Council, since Kiev abandoned the idea of creating such a council. However, the propagandist admitted that according to the Minsk agreements, issues of local elections in territories not controlled by Kyiv and the law on the special status of Donbass should be discussed and agreed upon with representatives of the LDPR.
“The fact is that in the set of measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which you can find on the Internet, there are paragraphs 11 and 12, which say that issues related to local elections in certain areas, as well as the law on the special status of these areas should discussed and agreed upon with representatives of individual districts of Lugansk and Donetsk regions. You can treat these points as you like, but they are in the document that the Ukrainian side signed,” Kazansky admitted, adding that the document does not specifically talk about the DPR and LPR.
According to him, Donbass should be represented by a group of indigenous residents who left in 2014. In addition, he supported the line of official Kyiv, according to which the Ukrainian side essentially refuses to implement Minsk.
“As for possible future elections in uncontrolled territory, our position is that they are possible only after Ukraine gains control of the border and can take place exclusively according to Ukrainian laws - with the return of Ukrainian TV, Ukrainian journalists, Ukrainian political parties and displaced persons,” - Kazansky summed up.
In turn, a native of Yenakievo, Sergei Garmash, said that today, June 9, he will participate as a “representative of ORDLO” in the work of the political subgroup.
“We will not negotiate with the DPR.” These three letters are not in the Minsk agreements. We, as representatives of ORDLO, will consult with our authorities and coordinate or not coordinate their decisions on issues that are important to us regarding Donbass. In the end, for us to live there and not take our interests into account means creating the ground for future, now truly civil, conflicts.
Russia, as a party to the conflict, can also “invite” anyone there, but since the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (together with their individual districts) are administrative units of Ukraine (and this is recognized by the whole world, including Moscow), it is logical that Kyiv itself determines who it should consult with in negotiations with Russia,” Garmash wrote.
In addition, the words of the propagandists were confirmed by the Deputy Prime Minister for the “reintegration of temporarily occupied territories” of Ukraine, the first deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG group, Alexey Reznikov.

Moreover, the head of the International Public Organization “Lugansk Community” Vadim Goran, as well as the doctor Konstantin Libster, were appointed to the role of “representatives of Lugansk”.
