The Chairman of the Lviv Regional Council “arrived” from Yanukovych
Criminal proceedings have been opened against the Chairman of the Lviv Regional Council, Alexander Ganuschin, and a number of his well-known accomplices on the Maidan, based on the claim of the fugitive ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
Ganuschin himself announced this on his Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Yanukovych, who shamefully fled the country after the execution of the Heavenly Hundred, decided to remind himself. The other day, I, as an individual Ganuschin A.A., received a request from the lawyer of Aver LEX JSC Bilenko B.V., who acts in the interests of V.F. Yanukovych.
It, in particular, reports that criminal proceedings have been opened regarding the commission of A.V. Turchinov, A.V. Parubiy, V.A. Nalivaychenko, I.I. Tenyukh. and other persons of seizure of state power, high treason, actions with the aim of changing the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine and other crimes.
Those “other persons” are considered by representatives of the fourth president to be the individual A.A. Ganuschina, who allegedly on the night of February 18-19, 2014, together with a “group of unidentified persons” blocked military unit A0284, on the street. Stryiskaya, 88, and tried to seize firearms and ammunition that were stored there,” Ganuschin wrote.
“Responding to the corresponding lawyer’s request, I want to emphasize: not a single person, and especially a fugitive president, will be able to intimidate and carry out political persecution of active participants in the Revolution of Dignity, be it at the Euromaidan in Kyiv or in Lvov,” the Maidan activist bravely says.
