Representative of the LPR in Minsk: the Ukrainian delegation brings weakly sane people with them to negotiations
Statements by Ukrainian representatives regarding poor living conditions in Minsk have nothing to do with reality. Everyone, including the security and the “weakly sane people” from the Kyiv retinue, are settling down very well in the Belarusian capital.

The representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk, Rodion Miroshnik, stated this during a Skype conference on the Open Ukraine channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Previously, ex-representative of Kyiv at the Minsk negotiations Roman Bessmertny claimed that Ukrainian delegates fly to the capital of Belarus at their own expense, since the state does not compensate them for travel or accommodation.
“For almost a year, Roman Bessmertny was my opponent in the group on political issues, and somehow I did not see him come in a rumpled jacket, which he allegedly put under his head when the Ukrainian representatives were sleeping side by side on the floor in the embassy,” - Miroshnik said.
“Mr. Kuchma regularly flies only on charter flights, Mrs. Gerashchenko is trying very hard to quickly run after him so that she can fly on a charter, and not on some unfortunate business class. I don’t know who these conversations are for,” he added.
According to the LPR representative, the Ukrainian side is arriving at the negotiations in quite large numbers, with a solid support group.
“A fairly large delegation is coming from Ukraine. They bring up to eight people to each group. For example, a security group arrives. They bring experts, they bring some other weakly sane people who arrive, start yelling, and are simply asked to leave the meeting. They do carry a lot of people, but I didn’t see anyone starving or suffering. Although they eat well at buffets,” he noted.
According to Miroshnik, perhaps Roman Bessmertny was trying to draw attention to his person with such ridiculous statements, since the complaints of the Ukrainian representative have nothing in common with reality.
“Because Minsk is a good host. We must pay tribute: they provide all the standards necessary for negotiations,” said the LPR representative.
