At the same time, 23 people supported former vice-governor Dmitry Voloshenkov.
Speaking at the session, Goncharenko promised to refuse service allowances and transfer his salary to the ATO fund.
As Navigator reported, Goncharenko was one of the leaders of the Odessa Party of Regions for many years. With the fall of the Yanukovych government, he quickly moved to Poroshenko and recently headed the regional organization of the Solidarity party.
