“Representatives of Servant of the People disappeared from all broadcasts”
Two months after his inauguration, the new Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has done nothing to achieve his promised peace in Donbass.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Nestor Shufrich said this on air on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Five days would be enough for Zelensky to receive information from intelligence, from counterintelligence, from Foreign Ministry experts, from his advisers, from external and internal experts, and to understand that he must talk to Putin, because without talking to Putin there is no chance to say what he was talking about. He said beautiful words: “I don’t want people to die,” the deputy recalled.
At the same time, according to the parliamentarian, Zelensky’s actions after taking office sharply diverge from his election promises, and therefore he is beginning to resemble his predecessor more and more.
“Zelensky, whom we saw before April 21, and whom we saw on May 20 in the morning during the inaugural speech, turned out to be not the same one we saw on May 20 in the evening. Unfortunately, he became more and more like Poroshenko. I don’t know what happened there in that office where Poroshenko sat for five years, but it feels like the brains just swam from Poroshenko to Zelensky.
True, then over the last week he came to his senses and saw that the ratings of “Servant of the People” were falling. Please note that representatives of Servant of the People have disappeared from all broadcasts,” Shufrich noted
