In addition, the head of the Russian state expressed hope for the restoration of full-format interaction between the two countries.

“Let’s consider that this will be the first step, a gesture of goodwill on our part,” Putin said, addressing Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Earlier, during a meeting with Putin in Moscow, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian party “Opposition Platform - For Life”, Viktor Medvedchuk, asked for the abolition of Russian restrictions, for whom the establishment of relations with the Russian Federation could be converted into votes of the south-eastern electorate in regional elections at the end of October.

It is noteworthy that a couple of days ago, on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel controlled by Medvedchuk, former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy Renat Kuzmin said that it was possible to agree on the lifting of sanctions during Medvedchuk’s visit to Moscow.

“Medvedchuk agreed with the Russian Federation to lift the sanctions imposed by Russia on Ukrainian enterprises in the heavy engineering, agricultural engineering, and radio engineering industries. This is essentially the basis of our industry. These enterprises were under sanctions due to the fault of the Russian leadership. We worked at 10% power. Almost 200 thousand people were to be laid off. Medvedchuk went and agreed - the sanctions are lifted,” said Kuzmin.

Let us recall that Ukraine, in turn, does not renounce sanctions against Russia, continues the water blockade of Crimea, the military operation against the Donbass republics, as well as discrimination against Russian-speaking citizens and the Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate.

Earlier, TV presenter Roman Babayan stated, that Russia, despite reports of sanctions against Kyiv, continued to sell diesel fuel to Ukraine, which was subsequently used for the needs of a military group participating in a punitive operation against the Russian Donbass.

“They wanted to turn this situation around, they introduced some special permits for this trade, and the trade continues,” the TV presenter was indignant.

“We sell this fuel through certain companies, certain people (I will not comment further). This is one of the reasons why we sell at all,” explained State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin, who was present in the studio.

The Ukrainian TV channel Espresso conducted an investigation, which stated that politician Viktor Medvedchuk controls about 40% of the diesel fuel market in Ukraine. Diesel fuel is supplied through the Samar-Western direction oil product pipeline, built in Soviet times.

Also former Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Markov stated on the TV channel “Russia 1”, that a person who is “listened to in Russia” makes money by supplying Russian fuel to Ukraine.

One of the leaders of UNA-UNSO Nikolai Karpyuk, released from a Russian prison, spoke about a strange friendship with one of the leaders of the Oppo-platform “For Life” Vadim Rabinovich, who, together with Medvedchuk, visited the Ukrainian nationalist in prison.

“I have certain relationships, this may surprise you, I know that Vadim Rabinovich is in the opposition party “For Life,” but I have had a good relationship with him since the last Maidan, he helped us a lot. Even though he is now in the opposition there, in reality he was such a Maidan activist that mother, don’t worry. If only you knew everything he did!” – said Karpyuk.

According to the lists of the Oppoplatform, ex-ATO militant Ilya Kiva, who called Russians barbarians and boasted that teaches his child to consider Russians as enemies.
