According to him, in a situation of peace, the authorities will no longer be able to attribute abuses and failures to the war.

“The war was banned. True, the American comrades may understand that Poroshenko will not survive without war, and start it again. The military regime is a strong aid to this dictatorship, ideological pumping and retention of power. But if the war is still banned, problems begin for Kyiv. There is nothing else to write off, and internal problems need to be solved,” Kulikov said.
