This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister of the Donetsk People's Republic Vladimir Antyufeev, known for previously heading the KGB of Transnistria.
According to him, at the moment the responsibilities of the prime minister and commander-in-chief of the DPR are assigned to him.
Antyufeev explained that in Russia Borodai will resolve humanitarian issues.
