Odessa, July 30 (Navigator, Artemy Glazunov) – Press Secretary of Odessa City Mayor Gennady Trukhanov Maria Oleinik wishes that sailors who greet “Glory to Ukraine!” They answer “Glory to the Heroes!”, “Washed away.”

She stated this on her page on the social network Facebook.

“When our sailors chant “Glory to the Heroes” in response to “you know what,” you want to run away. Overboard. Or to wash them away. Although guys, maybe not bad. They were just unlucky,” the spokeswoman wrote.

Let us note that on July 27, a solemn parade was held in Odessa in honor of the Day of the Naval Forces of Ukraine. For the first time in the years of Ukrainian independence, the event was held in Odessa. The mayor of the city, Gennady Trukhanov, was also present at the celebrations.
