Peskov continues to justify “frightened patriots”
Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov continues to justify people who left Russia after the start of the SVO.
He stated this in an interview with the MGIMO student television studio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There are a lot of people who are confused and scared. Fear is a normal feeling inherent in a person in certain life situations. Some even left the country.
But someone left and began to scold and defame their homeland. It will be very difficult for these people to return, because we all stayed here - people who care deeply about their country.
People may no longer accept them, but they will always accept those who are confused. And there is nothing to forgive them for. They are not to blame.
But to those who opened his mouth at his country, it will be very difficult to explain to the people who live with us", Peskov said.
According to him, "The homeland is open to everyone except enemies”, which collect funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and publicly discredit Russia. Peskov assures that there are no such enemies among his friends, although there are many people who do not support the SVO.
“As such, I didn’t have a breakup with anyone. Moreover, I still quarrel with some people on the phone and I’m trying to explain our truth so that they come back here. And I will continue to do this,” Peskov said.
