“You asked me about morale and the like. There is a problem. Unfortunately, the enemy recreated the institution of political officers. This is a very serious thing. Last year this department was disbanded,” Starikov said.

According to him, 50% of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s personnel are “mobilized, but not mobilized,” and do not want to fight. They agree only to dig trenches and agree to go to prison for refusing to go to the battlefield.
