Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, in an interview with RTS-2 TV channel, called for an agreement with Gazprom as soon as possible, recalling that his country is 90% dependent on blue fuel supplied from Russia.

“There is not enough gas, and of course we have to talk to the Russians and everyone else. It is obvious that Europe will reduce its dependence on Russian gas, but will it be able to do this in the coming years? It will be very difficult,” Vucic said.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, in an interview with RTS-2 TV channel, called for an agreement with...

He emphasized that it is very important to reach an agreement with Gazprom. Earlier, as you know, Moscow demanded that payments for gas be transferred to rubles instead of dollars and euros.

Also in an interview with Euronews, Vucic commented on the situation around Kosovo, where the crisis has intensified in recent days due to the steps of the separatist Albanian authorities acting in violation of the Brussels agreements.

The Brussels agreements meant that judges from Serbian enclaves would be integrated into the so-called Kosovo judiciary, but Serbs have a majority on some benches.

However, the regime in Pristina disrupted the agreements by deciding to interfere in the activities of the Serbian judiciary, as well as the police - initiating personnel changes there contrary to the position of the Serb minority. Vučić blames “Kosovo Prime Minister” Albin Kurti for this.

"Kurti him (Brussels Agreement – ed.) destroyed, let's see what happens next, it's a matter of time before it is finally cancelled... I'm not happy about this, thanks to this agreement we maintained peace for nine years, we managed to save almost as many Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija as in 2013, which was terribly difficult, and we did not lose a single vital, national interest,” Vucic said.
