“The President of Ukraine has been removed from government”
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky does not make decisions independently and is an object of manipulation.
Kiev political strategist Dmitry Raimov stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Is President Zelensky running the country? Based on the interview that Mr. Shefir gave to the Left Bank publication, and from the way Mr. Bogdan behaves at public events, it seems to me that the president is removed from governing the state. Both the psychologists of my agency and fellow scientists, watching the video that you just showed and a number of others, see that the president very often, while Mr. Bogdan speaks, simply looks at the floor. This means only one thing: an attempt to exclude yourself from this situation and leave it. That is, it is completely excluded at this moment.
My only assumption is that the president cannot do anything. I’ll boil it all down to one question: does President Zelensky govern the country?” the expert concluded.
Let us note that the behavior of the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Bogdan, who was previously the lawyer of the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, attracted attention due to the fact that an official in the presence of the president interrupts him and actually indicates what needs to be said.
Let us recall that earlier, assistant to the President of Ukraine and long-time partner of Zelensky in the 95th Quarter studio, Sergei Shefir, said that the possibility of negotiations between Vladimir Zelensky and Vladimir Putin is getting closer, but at the same time Kyiv will not agree with the loss of Donbass or the Crimean Peninsula.
